• Item should be properly packed in a box that is large enough, with adequate foam, styrofoam or bubble wrap to protect it from breakage. (If it can't move around in the box, it shouldn't break.) If you have a question about packing your item, please call 1-817-640-0880 and ask us.

• The diagnostic fee is a non-refundable check-out fee that will be deducted from your final bill.
• Click here to print an information form. Required before we will look at your unit. Filling this out will give us your name, address, phone numbers, and a description of what is wrong with your unit. Purchase information, and a receipt copy is required for warranty repairs. For extended warranty repairs, please include a copy of your extended warranty contract.
• We will call or e-mail you with a total cost of repair.
• With your approval, we will repair your unit and ship it back to you!
